開催日の2日前0:00以降（2日前・前日・当日を含む）のお客様都合によるキャンセル：返金いたしかねます
天候不良・施設都合等、当社都合により中止する場合：全額返金いたします
返品について: サービスの性質上、体験提供後の返品はお受けできません。

This page discloses information required under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking via credit card (Stripe Checkout). A full refund is available until 11:59 PM JST, 3 days before your experience date. Cancellations made 2 days before, the day before, or on the day of the experience are non-refundable, except when we cancel due to weather or venue circumstances.
